reflection paper 2- correction

There are two plans that contains some similarities but has some differences; these are know as constructive and behaviorist lesson plan. These plan instructed with specific designs and purpose to improve a child understanding in the classroom. The constructivist lesson plan administers an exam to the children at the beginning of semester in order for the instructor to have a defined understanding of a child performance. The constructive lesson places a goal on each student before the student learns that subject area. The examinations administered assist the teacher with a single student process and their class as a whole. On the other hand the behaviorist lesson plan starts with an over all plan, to help the students reach a certain goal. Incorporating the two lesson plan it allows the instructor to analyze what a student has retained from the beginning of the school year. The behaviorist plan has its benefit; the teacher can practice multiple ways of independent studies ending with group exercises. The constructivist plan has its benefits also, it allow the teacher to know each students weakness and strength in a subject area. The exams allow the teacher to assist those students with addition help or one on one assist. Not ever student learns the same. As for some student from another state follow a different curriculum. Let’s say; a child entering into a new school is taking a math class and is having some difficulties, because of his/her previous school mainly focused on reading and writing. The teacher would not know that information unless he or she was told. The teacher may think the child doesn’t want to try or just lazy. Madeline Cheeks Hunter created the behaviorist lesson plan in order to raise American education awareness. Teachers are required to educated and fully understand the three realms of Hunter. These three realms are consisting of content, learning behaviors of students and teachers behaviors. For example asking a question in order for students to start linking the purpose and the end result of the activity, said Hunter. It’s the opposite for constructivist lesson plan form, the teacher will provide the student the question and then the student will find a way to complete the assignment such writing an essay, and r drawing a picture. Both having a unique way of teaching but both are great in there own way but mainly determined by a student previously taught process.
